- Complete questionnaires, surveys, or matching tools
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, version, and operating system
- Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
- Referring URLs and navigation patterns
- Device identifiers and session tokens
- API usage metrics and feature engagement data
2.3 AI Session Data
Power Mentor processes and stores the content of your coaching sessions, including questions asked, responses received, action items generated, and session summaries. This data is used to provide continuity of coaching, improve AI performance, and deliver personalized coaching experiences.

4.1 Service Providers

4.2 AI Processing
Coaching session content is processed through the Anthropic Claude API. Anthropic's data handling practices are governed by their own privacy and data processing policies.
⚡ We do not permit Anthropic to use your data to train their models under our enterprise agreement.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Power Mentor, our users, or the public.
4.4 Business Transfers
If Power Mentor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account and profile data is retained for the duration of your account plus up to 90 days after deletion
- Coaching session transcripts are retained for up to 24 months to support coaching continuity features
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
